When you use our contact form, we receive the name, email, subject, and message you submit. Messages are delivered to our team for response and may be logged internally for follow-up.

How we use it

We use submissions only to respond to your inquiry and improve our support. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies & analytics

We run first-party analytics on our own servers (no Google or third-party trackers on pages). We record pages visited, referral source, your IP address, full browser User-Agent string, and approximate location (city, region, country) derived from your IP via a server-side lookup. We use a random cookie (mh_vid) to count returning visitors. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
